Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the Joule loss of a transistor by using a transistor connected in series with a motor as switching. CONSTITUTION:A bridge circuit is composed of a motor 3 and resistors 4-6, the voltage of the resistor 4 is applied to the first LPF having a resistor 9 and a capacitor 8, and the voltage of the resistor 6 is applied to the second LPF having a capacitor 8. An operational amplifier 14 supplies the output responsive to the difference voltage between the output voltage of the first LPF and the output voltage of the second LPF to a Schmitt trigger circuit 22, which blocks a transistor 2 when a current flowing through the motor 3 detected by the resistor 4 rises over the upper side slice level and conducts the transistor 2 when the current drops below the lower side slice level.
