CONSTITUTION:An inputted radar video is converted from an analogue quantity to a digital quantity by an A/D converter 1, and is outputted as new video data signal 103 to a data compression part 8. The data compression part 8 data- compresses it into a video signal for several picture elements to process it in parallel, and after a tracing and an interpolating process are carried out by a tracing process part 3 and an interpolating process part 9, respectively, the results are written in a display memory 4. The data video written in the display memory part 4 are read out by a raster scan, and are outputted through a D/A converter part 6.
