Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize the miniaturization and a cost reduction with improved operability, by displaying the position of a ring stop switch while an alarm is working by carrying out the alarm operation by means of a touch switch. CONSTITUTION:A divider 40 divides the oscillating output of an oscillator 42 to deliver the clock pulse phi1 and at the same time applies the dividing output to a timepiece circuit 44. The circuit 44 counts the dividing output to count the present time and at the same time supplies the timing output to a decoder driver 46 to display the present time through a segment display clement 12. On the other hand, an alarm storing circuit 48 supplies the stored alarm time to the driver 46 to display the alarm time through the element 12. A coincidence circuit 52 applies the coincidence output to an alarm circuit 54 when the coincidence is obtained between the present time and the alarm time. The circuit 54 actuates an announcing circuit 58 by the inverted output of an FF 56. A ring stop switch position display 24 is connected to the output stage of the FF 56. The display 24 glows simultaneously with the alarm starting to display the position of a ring stop touch switch 16.
