Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress the output of leakage of local oscillation, by providing a 90 deg. 3dB distributor branching local oscillation power, a 180 deg. 3dB distributor branching intermediate frequency power, and a 90 deg. 3dB synthesizer synthesizing the output of two transistor mixers. CONSTITUTION:A local oscillation power inputted from a port 1 is branched into two at a 90 deg. 3dB distributor 2; one is applied to a transistor Tr4 via a matching circuit 3 and another is applied to a Tr6 via a matching circuit 5. An intermediate frequency oscillation wave inputted from a port 7 is branched into two at a 180 deg. 3dB distributor 8; one is applied to the Tr4 and another to the Tr6. A 90 deg. 3dB synthesizer 9 is arranged in axial symmetry with the distributor 2, a local oscillation power amplified at the Tr4 and Tr6, the local oscillation power via matching circuits 10 and 11 is inverted at an output port 12 and inphase at a terminator 13 and not leaked from the output port 12. The local oscillation frequency and the intermediate frequency are mixed at the Tr4 and Tr6, and the signal output in sum or difference of frequencies is inverted at the terminaltor 13 and inphased at the output port 12, to be a converter signal output.
