Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion of sludge of water by a method wherein the amount of feed water supplied to an evaporating chamber is made larger than the amount of vaporized water in the evaporating chamber. CONSTITUTION:One end of a bubble pump 1, consisting of a water boiler 1a disposed on heating plates 1b, 1c which are pinching a heater, is communicated with a water reservoir 2 through a feed water pipe 4 and a non-return valve while the other end thereof is communicated with a dripping pipe 7 connected to the evaporating chamber 3 through a pipe 5. The evaporating chamber 3 is provided with a heater 9 at the lower part thereof and is provided with a steam jet 8 thereabove, while one end thereof is communicated with a drainage tank 11 by a water discharging pipe 10. The amount of water sent by the bubble pump 1 is made larger than the amount of water evaporated in the evaporating chamber 3 and a part of water sent by the pump is flowed out to the drainage tank 11 without being evaporated, thereby cleaning the inner part of the evaporating chamber 3.
