Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of uneven development when development has started, by preliminarily rotating a developing sleeve at a low speed charging a developer preliminarily, before the development is started. CONSTITUTION:In a driving circuit of a motor M of a magnetic brush developing device, a speed of rotation of the motor M is decided by a thryistor T for controlling a conduction angle of voltage applied to the motor M. That is to say, the gate of the thryistor T is controlled by an output of a gate controlling circuit G, an output signal of a comparator C is inputted to this controlling circuit G, driving voltage es and present rotation speed voltage ef of the motor M from a feeding-back circuit FB are inputted to the comparator C, these deviation voltage (es-ef) is outputted from the comparator C, and the motor M is rotated at a prescribed rotation speed under the speed governor by this deviation voltage. Also, the motor M is stopped when the driving voltage es inputted to the comparator C is on a zero level, is rotated at a low speed when it is on an L level, and is rotated at a prescribed rotation speed when it is on an H level.
