Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a dynamic displacement mode in the displacement mode judging in the holographic interferometry, by using holograms which is sequentially formed by utilizing reference light beams by which double images are independently inputted from the different directions. CONSTITUTION:The light from a laser pulse power source 1 is divided into two parts by a half mirror 3 through a reflecting mirror 2. One light is reflected by an object to be measured 6 and inputted to a hologram 7. The other light is inputted to the hologram 7 through reflecting mirrors 4 and 5. In preparing the holograms, the reflecting mirror 4 is rotated in synchronization with the triggering of the laser source 1 by a trigger device 8, the reflecting mirror 5 is moved as shown by 5a-5f, and the independent double exposure images are recorded on the same dry plate 7 in a multiplex mode. The locus of the reflecting mirror 5 is an ellipse whose focuses are the reflecting mirror 4 and the dry plate 7. When such holograms are continuously observed by the regenerated waves from the mirror 5a-5f, the vibration mode can be obtained.
