Abstract
PURPOSE:To accurately detect phase states by a pulse laser holography interference method by generating the secondary laser pulses delayed by each micro-time with respect to the primary laser pulses which are generated at all times at a fixed response signal level. CONSTITUTION:The light from a pulse laser 1 via a control circuit 8 for laser pulse emission timing is split to two luminous fluxes by a half mirror 3. The one of them as reference light enters a hologram dry plate 5 through a slit 7, and the other is reflected by an object to be measured 4 and enters the dry plate 5 through the slit 7. These primary laser pulses are generated at all times at a fixed response level value with the dynamic signal such as acceleration response signal of the object 4 as a control signal of light emission timing. The secondary laser pulses are generated with a delay of each microtime with respect to the secondary pulses. These double exposed holograms are recorded by moving the dry plate 5, and the phase states of dynamic displacing modes are accurately stated from the movement of interference fringes by the reconstruction thereof.
