This causes a wind collecting effect of the building surface 12 to produce a wind flow effective for wind power generation in the vicinity of the ridges 7, 8. Therefore, at least two positions of the ridges 6-9 are selected to set a wind power generator 9, then effective wind power can be always obtained.
