Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve a processing efficiency in case a supporter is attached to a plate drum, by a method wherein content of silicon in a plated layer of a retainer for lithoprinting plate and thickness of one-sided plated layer are specified. CONSTITUTION:A plating is made such that a cold rolled steel sheet 2a is annealed, and a retainer 2, treated in a reducing furnace 6, is immersed in a molten aluminium 7 having 6-10% silicon content. Two layers of an alloy layer in the thickness of 0.1-3mu and a silicon-aluminium layer, being formed 3mu or more thick, are adhered by press as an one-sided plated layer 1. A molten aluminium plated steel sheet is heated immediately after plating to re-fuse the plated layer 1. Then, the plated layer 1 reflows. Thereby, a pin hole, existing in the plated layer 1, is adhered by fluidizing, and a concavity in a spangle particle field becomes shallow. If one-sided plated layer is formed 20-60mu thick, it can be used repeatedly.
