Next, a silicon-dioxide slurry having a mean grain diameter 8 to 30 times that of the phosphor of the first film 4 is applied on the third film 2, and is dried so as to form a second film 3. After that, a phosphor slurry is applied on the second film 3, and nitrocellulose is scattered by drying and heating the inner wall of the bulb 1 coated with the phosphor slurry so as to form the first film 4, thus a triple film is obtained. As a result, the utilization rate of ultraviolet rays can be increased, and the light output can be improved.
