Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable small sized and high density circuit integration, by providing a base electrode in two branch located via an insulation layer on ground plane and an L-shaped counter electrode forming Josephson junction. CONSTITUTION:A base electrode 12 in two branch is provided via an insulation layer on a ground plane, and a pair of L-shaped counter electrodes 16A, 16B are provided on the electrode 12 via insulation layers 14A, 14B possible for tunneling. The counter electrodes 16A, 16B are connected to the ground plane for side 16A1, 16B1 arranged with legs 12a, 12b of two branch of the electrode 12, and other sides 16A2, 16B2 projected externally are input terminals of signal current IH1, IH2. A base common section 12c of the electrode 12 becomes an input terminal of a bias current IB.
