Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the heat radiating effect of a condenser and to prevent the overload operation of a compressor by a method wherein the temperature or the condensing pressure of the condenser is detected and the number of revolutions of a blower motor is increased. CONSTITUTION:A power switch 14a is connected to one of terminals of the compressor 6 through a series circuit of a temperature adjuster 15 and the overload operation preventive device and a switch 14b is connected to the other terminal of the compressor 6. Further, the blower motor 11, a switch 19 and a temperature responsive switch 20 are connected in series with one another between a point P positioned between the temperature adjuster 15 and the overload operation preventive device 16 and a point Q positioned between the switch 14b and the compressor 6. The temperature responsive switch 20 switches automatically the rotation speed of the blower motor 11 to the maximum when the condensing temperature of the compressor exceeds a preset value. With the above structure, when the amount of heat radiation of the air conditioner runs short and the condensing pressure thereof rises, the blower motor 11 is switched to have a high speed so that the condensing temperature is prevented from rising excessively and the compressor 6 is not overloaded to thereby keep continued a cooling operation.
