Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned sheet generating no flaw even at a high temperature and suitable for preventing a metallic pipe or the like from corrosion by a method wherein the sheet is formed by extruding simultaneously two layers of polyolefin and adhesive polyolefin and is orientated after simultaneous crosslinking. CONSTITUTION:Polyolefin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene copolymer or the like and the adhesive polyolefin made by denaturating a copolymer of ethylene and propylene or 1-butene with maleic acid in the presence of a free-radical initiator are formed into a sheetlike article by a double layer extrusion and this double layer sheet is crosslinked simultaneously by a chemical crosslinking, an electronic rays irradiation or the like, thereafter, is orientated and cooled to afford a shrinkability.
