CONSTITUTION:A photodetector 33 is installed on a moving body 31 which moves on a constant track A, and phototransmitters are fixed near and along the track A. Then, a video signal, an audio signal, a control signal, etc., from a television camera, etc., are converted into optical beam signals and sent out into the space by the phototransmitter 32, and they are received by the photodetector 33 provided on the moving body 31, thus performing communication. As the moving body 31 moves as shown by an arrow P, the transmitters 32 in use are changed successively.
