Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a two-way communication in a wide communication area without any trouble by sending a pulse data signal which is generated by imposing pulse modulation on a carrier of specific frequency with data pulses to plural fixed light projectors and extracting it by a moving signal receiver which moves in the communication area. CONSTITUTION:The pulse data signal generated by imposing pulse modulation on the carrier of specific frequency with the data pulses is sent out of a fixed signal output part 14 to plural fixed light projectors 23, which project pulse light in the entire communication area. The moving photodetector 40 on a moving body 50 which moves in the communication area photodetects the pulse light and a moving signal reception part extracts the pulse data signal from the pulse light. Thus, the plural projectors 23 are arranged so as to project the pulse light over the entire communication area and the same carriers and in-phase pulse data signals are sent out of the fixed signal output part 14 to the respective projectors 23. Consequently, the moving signal reception part can receives the excellent pulse data even in an area where light beams projected by fixed projectors overlap with each other.
