CONSTITUTION:A reflecting layer 5 vapor-deposited with aluminum is provided on a recording surface of a transparent recording medium 1 and the reflecting layer 5 is protected by sticking a label 8 on it via an adhesives 7. A plastic sheet printable is used for the label 8 other than paper and a display part 9 indicating types of recorded information is provided. Since the protective layer 8 for the reflecting layer 5 is not provided additionally, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
