Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the occurrence of lines and to increase the critical deep drawing ratio when the deep drawing is given to a single barrel, by carrying out the forming while applying the pushing force to a blank in its center direction. CONSTITUTION:The pressure is applied to cylinders 16 and 17, and a blank 15 is pushed toward its center by the external force via push plates 19 and 19. At the same time, a motor 12 is actuated to turn a rotor 10. Thus the blank 15 receives the deep drawing while being pressed by the plates 19 and 19 having turning outer circumference parts. As a result, a partial deformation is minimized for the blank 15 although the external force is increased. Thus an ear part which is produced during the deep drawing process can be strongly pushed in by the plates 19 and 19, and accordingly no wrinkle is caused at the area having a small R value. Furthermore the residual flange part is kept round perfectly to eliminate the cutting process of the ear part 3 after formation.
