Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the fluctuation of an arc point and to secure the uniform and beautiful external appearance of a bead, by specifying the coil of the cast diameter of adjacent two coils of the wound wires respectively. CONSTITUTION:A conditioning roller 5 is electrically coupled to the traverse mechanism of a wind-up machine 6. The entire roller is raised up by a motor by an extent equivalent to a winding layer of a coil and every time the wire of the machine 6 is traversed.
