Abstract
PURPOSE:To ensure an assured and stable resetting action for an electronic circuit device, by providing two voltage detecting parts that detect difference voltage values, a gate part to which the outputs of the voltage detecting parts plus a bistable circuit part. CONSTITUTION:The output levels of power supply voltage detecting parts 8 and 9 are set at L at a moment immediately before the rise of the power supply voltage. As a result, only an RS-FF11 is set and the output Q of the RS-FF11 is set at H level. Thus an NOR circuit 15 is set at L level, and the FF11 is never reset. When the power supply voltage rises up to the detecting level of the part 8, the output level of the part 8 is set at H level. As a result, the output of an inverter 12 is set at L level with no change caused to the output level of the circuit 15. When the power supply voltage rises more up to the detecting level of the part 9, the output levels of both parts 8 and 9 are set at H level. Thus the output levels of inverters 12 and 13 are set at L level. As a result, the output level of the circuit 15 is set at H level to reset the FF11. Then the output Q of the FF11 is switched to L level.
