Engagement holes 5b and 5c are formed at the lower edge part of the lever 5, and a ball 25 which is energized by a spring 23 is set at a hollow part of a coupling shaft 22. The ball 25 engages the hole 5b or 5c to form a click stop to perform the positioning of the lever 5. When the lever 5 is pulled up, a plate 30 engages an engagement groove 32.
