Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate sliding and rotational operation of seat by using a simple device equipped with a slide mechanism and a rotary mechanism. CONSTITUTION:When with an operating rod 13 trodden, engagement to a one-sided notch 7 of an attach/detachable pin 9 is released, and both seat 3 and slide plate 2 are cleared from a window surface 16, the seat 3 moves until a vertical shaft 5 contacts the other end 11 of a long bore 4, a rotational preventing pin 10 is disengaged from the other notch 8. When the seat 3 is rotated around a vertical shaft 52, even if the operating rod 13 is cleared off, the attach/detachable pin 9 does no longer come into the one-side notch 7, the engagement remains disengaged. The seat 3 is swiveled approximately 90 deg., it is slid so that the vertical shaft 5 can contact the one-sided end, further when the seat 3 is given another 90 deg. rotation, it is slid in the direction of the window surface 16, stability of a spring 15 allows to engage the pin 10 with the notch 7, and to engage the pin 9 with the notch 8.
