Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the reduction of the load on a compressor and the continuous operation, by providing a compressor intermediate pressure bypath while joining a diaphragm device and a gate valve connected in parallel at the suction side of the compressor and the intermediate pressure bypath through a refrigerant mixer. CONSTITUTION:A gate valve 7 will open while a gate valve 9 will close for the load variation under normal state. In other word the flow from an evaporator 5 will pass through the gate valve 7 and a refrigerant mixer 8 to the suction side of a compressor 1. Under the intermediate and high speed operation, the gate valve 7 will close while the gate valve 9 will open. The refrigerant obtained through a capillery tube 6 and the refrigerant bypassed in the way of the compression process of the compressor 1 are mixed by a refrigerant mixer 8 and flows to the suction side of the compressor. The amount of the refrigerant flowing to the refrigerant circuit for a condenser 2, evaporator 5, etc. will be reduced by the capillery tube 6 thereby the cooling capacity is reduced to reduce the load of the compressor 1 thus to enable the continuous operation.
