Abstract
PURPOSE:To contrive to increase the number of input for the subject logistic gate by a method wherein the magnetic-field coupling control wire, to be used for input signal injection, is added to a current-injection type multijunction interferometer. CONSTITUTION:Controlling wires 4 and 5, to be used to apply input currents IA and IB, are arranged at both ends of the inductance L1 of a superconductive loop 1. Also, on this loop 1, a controlling wire 6 that can be magnetically joined together is provided. In the case where one of input currents IB and IC is at 0.8Io (Io indicates the critical current of Josephson junctions J1 and J2) and the Io of the other input current is 0, the junctions J1 and J2 are in the state of superconduction, and there generates no switcning, but when the Io of both input currents is 0.8, the critical current value decleases due to the coupling of the controlling wire 6 and the loop 1, and the above is switched to voltage status.
