PURPOSE:To make the pickup of paper easy at jamming and to prevent the production of dirt due to the toner of papar discharge roller, by operating a release lever, increasing the interval between the fixing and pressing rolls, releasing the both and widening the interval of the paper discharge rollers at the same time. CONSTITUTION:A release lever 35 projected with a knob is fixed from a main body cover to a shaft 30, and a pair of paper discharge rollers 38 and 39 are provided at the post stage of a fixing roller 17 and a pressing roller 18. The rollers 38 and 39 are provided with a roller 41 for a prescribed interval to a shaft 40, the shaft 40 of the roller 38 at the lower side is fitted to a side plate 17a freely rotatably at a fixed position, and the shaft 40 of the upper roller 39 is fitted to a long hole 43 formed on a stand plate 42 so that it can be closed or detached to/from the counter paper discharge roller 38, and the shaft is pressed with a prescribed weight by the self-weight at all times.
