Abstract
PURPOSE:To largely shorten the assembling time of a superconductive field coil and to prevent the insulator for the coil strand from being damaged by simultaneously associating coils of many bundled turns when containing the coil in a slot. CONSTITUTION:When a superconductive field coil 31 formed by winding a coil strand in many rows and stages is associated with the slot 34 of a coil mounting shaft 3, the coil strands are bundled with many turns. In bundling, an insulating tape 42 or a clip may be preferably used. Then the bundled coils 41 are simultaneously associated in the slot 34. In this manner, the assembling time can be reduced as compared with the case that the coil strands are associated at every one turn, the damage of the insulator can be prevented, and the accuracy of the size of the coil can be enhanced.
