Abstract

PURPOSE:To omit drilling work for guiding wires or the like, to attach/detach a photocoupler easily and to simplify the temporary use of a communication equipment by communicating with the external communicating equipment by optical signals through a light transmitting element in case of the communication between an internal communication equipment accomodated in a car or a reinforced concrete building and the external equipment. CONSTITUTION:A communication equipment 1 is set on the inside of a structure (the inside of a car, for example) electromagnetically shielded and the 1st photoelectric converting element 4 and the 1st electrooptic converting element 6 are connected to the communication equipment 1 through electrical or optical conductors 2 and 3. The respective elements 4 and 6 are attached to a light transmitting element, a window glass 5. The 2nd electrooptic converting element 7 and the 2nd photoelectric converting element 8 are attached to the outside positions of the structure which are opposed to the positions on which the elements 4 and 6 are attached through the glass. These elements 7 and 8 are connected to a processing part 8 mounted at the outside of the structure through conductors 9 and 10, respectively, communicating with external other communication equipment through an outside antenna 12.
