Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent fatigue of a photoreceptor, by blocking the arrival of wavelength component energizing a carrier moving layer out of destaticizing lights, in an electronic photographic method using a photoreceptor consisting of a carrier generating layer and a carrier moving layer. CONSTITUTION:AS2 and Se3 are vapor deposited to an aluminum drum 10 as a carrier moving layer 11, and an amorphous Si-H is formed with glow discharge as a carrier generating layer 12 to form a photoreceptor 1. When a >=650mum long wavelength light is irradiated on the layer 11, holes are moved but electrons are trapped to be a caused to fatigue. The long wavelength absorbing ability can be increased by cutting the long wavelength component with a filter or adding boron to the layer 12, allowing to avoid the long wavelength component from reaching the layer 11.
