Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a panel excellent in heat insulation performance and trength by a method wherein uncured foamable resin is injected into a panel frame body and then expanded and stroking action is given to it after an upper and a lower surface material are stuck to the foamable resin to remove gaps between the heat insulator and the panel frame. CONSTITUTION:A lower surface material 3 is stuck 2 to the lower surface of a panel frame body 1 carried in the direction of ''a'', foamable resin is injected from an injecting hole, expanded and then the upper surface material 6 is stuck 5 to the upper surface. Then, stroking action is given by rolls 7 and 8 to smooth up the wrinkles of the upper and the lower surface material and to homogenize foams. The panel under this stroke action is carried, heated and cured as it is pinched by the double conveyor 15 and 16 of an operating part 9 between the upper and the lower part and then the upper and the lower surface material are cut to obtain a heat insulator contaning panel. Cutting of a heat insulator and fitting to a frame body which are conducted convetionally are not required and productivity is improved remarkably.
