CONSTITUTION:After the injection die 2 of a fixed mold 1 and the injection punch 4 of an inversion mold 3 are used to inject and form a preform 20, the inversion mold 3 is rotated 180 deg. to move the preform 20 between the injection punch 4 and a blowing die 6 of a movable mold 5. A cup vessel 21 with a collar is blow-formed by the injection punch 4 and the blowing die 6. Subsequently, the movable mold 5 is retreated from the inversion mold 3, the injection punch 4 is separated from the blowing die 6, the collar part f of a blow formed part 21 is protruded by the action of a piston installed in the injection punch 4, the external and internal circumferential surfaces in the collar part f are released from the molds and at the same time compressed air is acted to drop the blow formed part 21 forcibly from the injection punch 4.
