Abstract
PURPOSE:To stabilize reproducibility, by providing a filter in an input part of each sensor in both an encoder and a decoder, and constituting so that compressing and expanding are not executed by a signal of the high band part and the sensor is operated by a signal component of intermediate and high bands. CONSTITUTION:An input signal is supplied to an optical recording and reproducing machine 23 of a movie film, etc. through a VRA 21 forming an encoder 20, and a pre-emphasis circuit 22, and also it is supplied to a loudspeaker, etc. through a de-emphasis circuit 29 forming a decoder 28, and a VRA 30, when reproducing. In this case, to the pre-emphasis and de-emphasis circuits 22, 29, LPF and waiting circuits 24, 31 are connected, compressing and expanding are not executed in the high band part, sensors 26, 33 provided with overshoot suppressing circuits 25, 32 are operated in the intermediate and high bands, and said input is fed back to the VRAs 21, 30. Accordingly, a noise is reduced as a frequency characteristic being flat as a whole, and the influence by an unstable element is prevented.
