CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic vibrator 3 is mounted on a heat accumulation tank 1 which contains nucleus agent containing latent heat accumulator 2, and an ultrasonic oscillator 4 is buried in the heat accumulator 2. According to this structure, when the vibrator 3 is operated, the accumulator 2 is agitated by the ultrasonic vibration oscillated by the oscillator 4. Accordingly, it can prevent the deposition of nucleus agent, the temperature distribution of the accumulator 2 can be made uniform, the solidification and melting can be accelerated, and the time can also be controlled.
