Abstract
PURPOSE:To measure with a small blood-gathering quantity without being subjected to the influence of oscillation, by arranging a dichroic mirror inclining at 30 deg.-60 deg. angle to an optical axis and detecting its transmitted light and a reflecting optical axis. CONSTITUTION:White light from a light source 1 is condensed near a slit 3' of a pipette holder S by a lens 2. A dichroic mirror 5 inclining at 45 deg. angle to the following axis and transmitting the light having >=490nm wavelength and also, reflecting the light having <=490nm wavelength, is arranged on an optical axis rear a pipette 4 arranged in the rear of the slit 3'. The first filter 6 transmitting the light of 455nm wavelength and the first photodetector 7, are arranged on a reflecting optical axis of the mirror 5 and the second filter 8 transmitting the light of 575nm wavelength and the second photodetector 9, are arranged on a transmitting optical axis. Each measured signal of the detectors 7, 9 is amplified by a preamplifier 11 and logarithmic conversion is carried out by a logarithmic amplifier 12. Then, said converted value is inputted into a differential amplifier 13 and substraction processing is carried out and then, processed value is outputted into a digital panel meter 14.
