Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a rejected article due to a jammed under chip, in the above described device used in a manufacture line of a face plywood, by protrusively providing pawl elements, for hooking and dropping the under chip, to the internal side of an under chip receiver and forcibly separating the under chip from a cutting plate. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum sucking device connection port 5 is provided at one end of a hollow shaft 2 in an under chip receiver hood 1, and a sucking device is connected to the connection port 5. A plurality of hollow discs 3 are fixedly holes 4 are drilled in a zigzag pattern in the periphery of the hollow disc 3. Pawl elements 7 are protruded from an internal side of the hood 1, and a drawer 6, for removing an under chip, is in-out movably contained in a lower position than the pawl element 7. Under chips 14, not naturally dropped down to the holes provided in the disc 3, are sucked and separated from suction conveyer, then brushed off from a lower side of the pawl element 7 in the hood 1 before fully making a revolution, thus the dropped under chips 14 are accumulated in the drawer 6.
