Abstract
PURPOSE: To make dusts easily separable from a filter as well as to prevent a filter from being damaged due to the suction of relatively heavy matters by laminating a net like crude mesh filter to a dust deposition side of a filter material having relatively napped surfaces in a closely contacted condition.
CONSTITUTION: The air is sucked from a suction port 10 through a suction pipe 11, a crude mesh filter 16 and a fine mesh filter 12 and crude dusts are filtered by the crude mesh filter 16 and fine dusts by the fine mesh filter 12. Because the crude mesh filter 16 is provided to a dust deposition side of the fine mesh filter in a closely contacted condition, fine dusts are accumulated along with crude dusts into a dust collection chamber 9 and a wire like spring 20 snaps an upper end portion of each vibration plate by rotating a gear 19 to vibrate each filter to sweep down dusts. Moreover, evne if a relatively heavy matters are sucked from the suction port 10, the fine mesh filter 12 is protected by the crude mesh filter 16.
