Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the titled tape having improved cohesive force and bonding strength with suppressed viscosity increase with time, by adding a polyfunctional isocyanate compound to a specific acrylic copolymer in the presence of a keto- enol compound, applying the resultant mixture to a substrate, and crosslinking the formed film under heating.
CONSTITUTION: (B) A polyfunctional isocyanate compound, e.g. diphenylmethane diisocyanate, is added to (A) an acrylic copolymer having functional groups reactive with isocyanate groups in the presence of (C) a compound, having methylene groups and carbonyl groups at both adjacent positions thereof in the molecule, and capable of causing the keto-enol tautomerism in an amount of 0.7mol or more, preferably 2W5mol, based on one equivalent isocyanate group, preferably acetylacetone, acetoacetic ester or malonic ester, preferably in an amount of 1W5pts., based on 100pts.wt. component (A), and the resultant mixture is then applied to a substrate and crosslinked under heating to give the aimed tape.
