PURPOSE:To eliminate a beat fault caused by the simultaneous transmission carried out through plural base stations as well as to prevent the fault caused when a dip region arises for a single tramsmission system, by receiving transmission given from a mobile station at each base station, feeding the S/N information to the base control station and selecting a base station having the best S/N to perform the transmission through this selected base station. CONSTITUTION:When the communication is carried from a base station to a mobile station 11, a VHF controller 7 is operated to roughly select a base station close to a desired mobile station. Then the selection button is pushed for the relevant base station. Thus the base station selection signal is sent to a base control station 2, and the station 2 starts the transmission of the station 1 according to the selection signal. In case no answer is given from the station 11, the controller 7 is operated again to start the transmission of another base station. When an answer is given from the station 11, the answer is received at all base stations at one time. Thus the S/N information is given to the station 2. After this, the transmission is started for the base station having the best S/N. Then the received S/N information is transmitted to the station 2 from each base station while the transmission is carried out from the station 11 to the base station. Thus the station 2 starts the base station of the best S/N for transmission.
