Abstract

PURPOSE:To keep the additive proportion always constant by equipping the working liquid circulating device with a cyclone, which is to centrifugally separate additives, and by adding the separated additives again to the working liquid. CONSTITUTION:The working liquid 10 including sludge after discharge processing in the processing vessel 12 is sent into an exhaust liquid vessel 22 and, further, into a cyclone 58 by a pressure pump 28. The granular additives separated here are sent into the supply liquid vessel 24 directly from the periphery of the cyclone by a reading mechanism while the portion including sludge is sent to a filter 36 which removes the sludge. Regenerated additives including the working liquid with sludge removed and regulated in an ion exchange vessel 14 is fed back continuously to the processing vessel through a pump 50.
