Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance productivity by equipping the working liquid circulation device with a filter for sludge removal and a filter for additives and by reutilizing the additives with sludge taken away. CONSTITUTION:The working liquid 10 including sludge after discharge processing at the processing vessel 12 is sent to an exhaust vessel 22. The working liquid with minor sludge is sent to an additive filter 42, where additives are separated. The working liquid including the finest sludge is sent to a sludge filter 28. The working liquid is fed back into the additive filter 42 from the vessel 22 to actuate a re-adding mechanism 44, and the additives in the filter 42 are sent to the supply liquid vessel 24 and re-utilized.
