Abstract
PURPOSE:To control the flow rate of the fluid from a port to a port by holding a conical rotor on a body and connecting the rotor to the revolution shaft of the motor whose revolution number is controlled by the electric current which is applied to an electromagnetic coil. CONSTITUTION:During an electric current is not applied to an electromagnetic coil, a dc motor does not revolve, and a valve body 23 is urged to contact with a valve seat 18a by the leaf spring 19 fixed on a rotor 17, and a valve opening 18 is closed to suppressed passing of fluid from an inlet port 11 to an outlet port 13.
