PURPOSE:To make it possible to avoid troubles such as engine stoppage even when a change lever is mis-operated by mounting a unloader switching valve on a captioned hydraulic driving device driven via transmission and unloading a hydraulic pump at any position other than a prescribed speed change position. CONSTITUTION:Hydraulic pressure from a hydraulic pump 5 driven via transmission is fed to a motor 10 for driving a concrete pump, etc., via a switching valve 14 changed over by a pilot valve 22. Solenoids SOL 2, 3 are now arranged around said pilot valve 22, and these solenoids are constructed such that they are not excited when an operating lever for the transmission is positioned at a position except the third speed and the fourth speed ones being the prescribed transmission positions, thus the switching valve 14 is now kept at the neutral position. Therefore, the pump 5 makes a unloading operation, preventing engine stoppage due to overload and machine damage due to a reverse current of concrete caused by said engine stoppage.
