Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a connection structure for insulated lead wire having a high insulation strength and capable of easily establishing the connecting work by a method wherein an electrostatic shield to shield the connection part of wire is fixed by making use of a taper portion of insulated covering and the insulated substance. CONSTITUTION:The circumference other than naked portions 20a, 21a of lead wires 20, 21 is covered with insulated coverings 20b, 21b having the tapered end. In this case, the outer diameter of a part of the insulated covering 20b for the lead wire 20 is made larger than the inner diameter of electrostatic shield 16 and the outer diameter of the insulated covering 21b for the lead 21 is made a little smaller than the electrostatic shield 16. When connecting the leads 20, 21, the insulated covering 16a is provided for the surface and the cylindrical electrostatic shield 16 having the curvature portion 16b has been inserted to the lead 21 side. Subsequently, the naked portions 21a, 20a are tightened by a bolt, and the connection between the naked portions 20a, 21a and the electrostatic shield 16 is established by a lead 17. The electrostatic shield 16 is caused to slide to the lead 20 side and if it collides with a mound, it is fixed with a wedged insulation substance 18.
