Abstract
PURPOSE:To make good joining free from breakage, etc. using thin tubes as far as possible by pushing in a ring keeping it in an unexpandable condition when pushing the ring in the fitting part of a joined tube and a joining tube. CONSTITUTION:A pushing tool 6 is unified using a cotter 26 to fix a fixing body 20 to the narrowed part 1a of a tube 1 to be joined. Next, a nut is tightened by turning upward, and the ring 3 is pressed in the fitting parts 1b, 2a of the tubes 1, 2 keeping the outer circumferential face 3b in an unexpandable state by concavities 13a, 15a. The cam face 34b of a pushing body 10 goes up slidingly on the cam face 32 of a cam body 8 by screw feed of the nut 37. Since forward and backward movement of the cam body 8 to the tube 1 is not possible due to a holding mechanism 9, the holding body 7 is moved forward. By this way, the ring 3 held by the holding body 7 is pushed in the fitting parts 1b, 2a while being deformed by drawing.
