Abstract
PURPOSE: To make work easy and perform beautifully smooth finishing by coating a solventless coating agent by using a substrate and or coating tool having beforehand been heated to a specific temp.
CONSTITUTION: A substrate and/or coating tool are beforehand heated to above 40°C and are coated. The term "solventless type coating agent" refers to a composition which contains a cross-linking agent and a curing agent in a synthetic resin, and if necessary, contains various kinds of modifiers, wherein solvents such as org. solvents and water are substantially not included. As said synthetic resin, a reacting oligomer is contained, and there are, for example, diene type oligomers, ring opening polymerization type oligomers condensation polymerization and polyaddition type oligomers, etc., and the number average mol.wts. thererof are 500W10,000 and the viscosities ≤500,000cps at 25°C.
