Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an air conditioning-ventilating apparatus that uses solar energy, by constructing a box from a transparent front plate with an openable and closable louver and a back plate with inlet and outlet for ventilation, and hanging between said plates a heat collecting and radiating plate with an openable and closable louver to define a ventilating path between the ventilation inlet and outlet. CONSTITUTION:In winter, the louver 6 is closed to collect solar heat into the heat collecting and radiating plate 2. When a fan 3 is driven, the air in a room is allowed to flow through the opening 11, the louver 7, the spaces 9, 10 and the opening 12 to return to the room. During this, the air absorbs heat from the plate 2 to be heated, and the resulting warm air heats the room. At night in summer, the louver 6 is opened, and the louver 7 is closed, so that the outdoor air is allowed to flow through the louver 6, the spces 9, 10 and the opening 12, and its heat is permitted to be dissipated into the surface of the plate 2 and therefore the air is cooled. When a fan 3 is rotated reversely the air in the room can be ventilated through the opening 12, the spaces 10, 9 and the louver 6. Thus, utilizing solar heat, heating is performed in winter, cooling is performed in summer, and ventilation is performed in spring and autumn.
