Abstract
PURPOSE:To maintain capability of accurate flow control by holding the needle with a diaphragm and constituting the needle independent from a thermally expansible member so that unfavorable distortion of the thermally expansible member does not affect the proper function of needle. CONSTITUTION:A heater 31 is provided outside a thermally expansible member 28, and a needle 32 is fixed to a diaphragm 33 which is stretched immediately below the thermally expansible member 28 as a separate component from the thermally expansible member 28. Consequently, even if the expansible member is distorted due to thermal expansion, the needle 32 receives no adverse effect and maintains accurate flow controlling capability.
