Abstract

PURPOSE:To conduct fusion-bonding easily and efficiently by a method wherein synthetic resin plate shaped bodies are laminated with each other with their through-holes in coincidence, and a heating rod for fusion bonding larger than the through-holes in outside diameter is heated and pressed into the through- holes. CONSTITUTION:The heating rod 5 has an outside diameter larger than the diameter of the through-holes 3, 4. The rod 5 is heated to a temperature of not lower than the melting point of the plates 1, 2 and is pressed into the through-holes 3, 4. After melting the peripheries of the through-holes 3, 4 by the outside peripheral surface of the rod 5 to bond the plates 1, 2 as one body at a fusion-bonding part, the rod 5 is drawn out of the through-holes 3, 4 and the fusion-bonded part of the peripheries of the through-holes 3, 4 is cooled.
