PURPOSE:To wind and rewind a film lightly and simplify the device, by linking a winding shaft to a driving source through a transmission switching means which changes the rotation transmission ratio between winding and rewinding and linking a rewinding shaft to the same driving source with a constant rotation transmission ratio. CONSTITUTION:Winding shaft gears 1 and 1', sprocket shaft gears 3 and 3', and a rewinding shaft gear 5 are linked to a shaft gear 10 of a motor incorporated in a winding spool 2, and the rotation of the shaft gear 10 is transmitted to a gear 12 of a branch part through a reduction gear row 11 and is transmitted from the gear 12 to the rewinding shaft gear 5 through a transmission gear row 13. This rotation is transmitted from the gear 12 to winding shaft gear 1 and 1' and sprocket shaft gears 3 and 3' by switching a changeover gear 15, which is supported axially by a turnable changeover arm 14, automatically in accordance with the reverse of the motor for winding and rewinding.
