PURPOSE:To prevent the flickers or irregularity of an image in a display screen caused by the vibration of an object by providing a means, which moves the spot of a detector image on the object following the vibration of the object in a light path between the object and the main body of the device. CONSTITUTION:The means, which moves the spot of the detector image on the object following the vibration of the object is provided in the light path between the object and the main body of the device. For example, a fixed mirror 9 and a moving mirror 10 are provided in the light path between the object 8 and the main body of the device 1. A strain gage 13 is attached to the object 8 and connected to an annexed detector 14 and a device 12. A motor 11 is further connected.
