Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the flickers or irregularity of an image in a display screen caused by the vibration of an object by providing a means, which moves the spot of a detector image on the object following the vibration of the object in a light path between the object and the main body of the device. CONSTITUTION:The means, which moves the spot of the detector image on the object following the vibration of the object is provided in the light path between the object and the main body of the device. For example, a fixed mirror 9 and a moving mirror 10 are provided in the light path between the object 8 and the main body of the device 1. A strain gage 13 is attached to the object 8 and connected to an annexed detector 14 and a device 12. A motor 11 is further connected. When the detected signal corresponding to the vibration of the object 8 is obtained from the detector 14 and supplied to the driver 12 as a control signal, the motor 11 is controlled in response to the level of said control signal, and the angle of the moving mirror 10 is set so as to correspond to said level. In this constitution, the spot P of the detector image on the object 8 accurately follows the shift of the object 8 and moves in the vertical direction.
