Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify a work step, by placing a metal ring by a punching process, when a leg group on which 3 or more metal element bodies have been vertically provided is bent, and a metal ring which has been out-fitted into said leg group is held. CONSTITUTION:A ring 1 and a lot of element bodies 2 having 4 legs (a) are formed by means of punching work, and punching and bending work, respectively.
